The little card that has Chinese writing is what we wear around our necks when we go out. The local people are curious sometimes as to why we're walking around with a Chinese baby. The card explains that we're her parents and that we adopted her from Fuzhou SWI and we promise to love her forever. It also has her Chinese name and date of birth. Many times the local people will smile at you and give you a thumbs up. We have been told how beautiful and healthy Ava looks through translation from our guide. Everyone has been very sweet to us. =)
